felt nauseated...
i put the HL milk and papaya fruit mix it together...
after tat put some water....
when i drink i felt weird...
becoz the taste make me nauseating....

✖The bicycle travel of 5 hours✖

today go shah alam ( i duno taman wat...- -")
we are going to get up at 6 o'clock and depart at 7o'clock to shah alam..
but somebody are late...
i forced to wake up at 6.45am and waiting until 8am..

and i yesterday 2am more oli sleep...

i felt sleepy in the morning..>.<

after tat we go eat bat kuh teh in klang...

and arrived shah alam at 10am...

arrived there...all bicycles have been finished renting by other ppl..

we are forced to go up a hill and see the scenery by bus..

i think is using 1 o'clock to see the scenery and waiting the bus..
xiao ling and dear wan cycle go up the terminal point..

and we are waiting the bicycles until 12pm..

ride the bicycle to go up the hill are not easy...
We are extremely tired when up the hill...
after reached the terminal point and wan ride back and down the hill again...

12pm go up the hill 2pm more oli down the hill..

all felt wanna to die and foot also no more energy to ride...

totally use 3 hours to ride bicycle up hill and down hill...

see scenery by bus..i only take one..becoz the driver drive too fast ad..

my bicycle :D we get rest in the roadside..LOL

this all house are close..inside just oli room..

bought drink at here...

all is forest...nobody here...scary...=X

how long we can reach the terminal point T_T

xiao ling and zhi hao...dun ride so fas..wait me!!

4 bicycles here..me, dear,ling,zhi hao.. get rest here..

i ate the supper at 11pm+..

2 thing i ate at the same time..

( ba zhang + maggi) i oso din felt full...

maybe moody...so i din felt full anything..

becoz argue with dear..shh...

second day-on 30/5

my dinner are very abundant!!!

fish + vege + chicken + soup

i ate finish at all =="
this all is a china girl cooking for me wan -.-"
my dad is frightened becoz i ate finish all...haha

third day-on 31/5
i go out with dear...
and we go eat KFC...
a person a plate..
finished eat we 2 full dou wan vomit...

now dear is control my appetite...haha..
said after 10pm cant eat anymore..
and he asking me to keep fit =="
